No Returns Policy – Candles

Thank you for supporting our small business. Each candle is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all candle sales are final.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on candles once they have been purchased.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit where appropriate.

  • Customer Responsibility: Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. As all candles are handmade, slight variations in color, scent strength, or appearance are normal and do not qualify as defects.

  • Allergy Notice: Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase. We cannot offer refunds or returns due to allergic reactions.
